1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• Hong Kong – Local delivery within Hong Kong.
• International – We offer worldwide shipping. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@circleofdiamond.com before placing an order.

2. Shipping Fees

• Hong Kong: Orders of HKD $500 or above qualify for free shipping. Orders below HKD $500 will incur a HKD $50 shipping fee.
• International: We offer free shipping on high-value jewelry. For orders below HKD $1,000, shipping fees will apply and vary depending on the destination. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout or can be confirmed by contacting us.

💎 For high-value jewelry, we provide complimentary insured shipping worldwide.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom-made or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time. Our team will notify you of any delays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Hong Kong: Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days.
• International: Delivery times depend on the destination:
  • Asia: 3-7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe & Other Regions: 7-14 business days
  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

✈️ All international orders are shipped via trusted express couriers (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) with tracking.

5. Shipping Insurance

• All high-value orders are shipped with full insurance coverage.
• Once the package is delivered to the recipient’s address, the responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the buyer.
• We highly recommend using a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.

6. Customs & Import Duties

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
• These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
• We advise checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.

7. Shipping Liability & Risk

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
• Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address is secure.
